Tune in by chanting the Adi Mantra three times. This is a call to draw our inner awareness to our inner wisdom.

The Adi Mantra’s essence translates to:

I bow to the creative energy of the Infinite,
I bow to the Divine channel of Wisdom within me

tuning in: The mangala charan

The Mangala Charan evokes protection, helps bring clarity when there is doubt, and opens to intuitive guidance from the highest Self. It is chanted three times after the Adi Mantra when tuning in for a Kundalini practice.

The essence of the Mangala Charan is:

I bow to the primal Guru
I bow to the truth that has existed throughout the ages
I bow to true Wisdom
I bow to the Great Devine Wisdom

Mul Mantra

Known as the “Root Mantra,” from which all other mantras in the Kundalini Yoga tradition are built. It contains the core, essential truth of creation.

Mul mantra’s essence translates into:

All is one. Truth is my identity. Creating, fearless, without enmity, without ending, without beginning, self-illuminated. Meditate on the Gift. True in the beginning. True throughout the ages. True at present. Shall ever be true.

Guru Gaitri Mantra

The Guru Gaitri mantra is known for its capacity to break through deep- seated blocks

Sustaining
Liberating
Enlightening
Infinite
Dissolving
Creating
Nameless
Desireless

Tuning out: Sat nam

“Sat” meaning truth, “Nam” meaning identity, in the Gurmukhi language.

This mantra translates into ”Truth is my identity”.
