It’s Your First Time: What To Expect

There is no "supposed to be" in bodies. The question is not size of shape or years of age, or even having two of everything, for some do not. But the wild issue is, does this body feel, does it have right connection to pleasure, to heart, to soul, to the wild? Does it have happiness, joy? Can it in its own way move, dance, jiggle, sway, thrust? Nothing else matters.

Follow the driveway around the side of the house onto the deck. Go down the stairs into the backyard. Under the deck is the entryway to the studio.

* Unfortunately, the Humble Beginnings studio is not wheelchair accessible, but keep an eye out for Primordial’s “Community Classes”, we make every effort to ensure our “Community Classes” are accessible to every body. *

Primordial adheres to the idea that yoga can be made available to everyone, regardless of experience, ability, strength or flexibility. In other words, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE "FLEXIBLE"  IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN AND ENJOY YOGA.

In order to ensure your spot, please make sure to arrive with time to spare.

Please wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in. Either stretchy or loose clothing is recommended.
